Submission Categories
Research Articles
- Word Limit: 4000–8000 words
- Must contain original and substantial legal research.
Short Articles / Essays
- Word Limit: 2000–4000 words
- Focused discussion on contemporary legal issues.
Case Comments
- Word Limit: 1500–3000 words
- Critical analysis of recent judicial decisions.
Legislative Comments / Policy Analysis
- Word Limit: 2000–4000 words
Book Reviews
- Word Limit: 1000–2500 words
Formatting Requirements
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size:
- Main Text: 12 pt
- Footnotes: 10 pt
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Alignment: Justified
- Page Numbering: Bottom Center
Citation Style
The journal follows the latest edition of:
- Bluebook Citation Style / OSCOLA
Footnotes must be used instead of endnotes.
Structure of Manuscript
Submissions should include:
- Title of the Paper
- Abstract (200–300 words)
- Keywords (5–7 keywords)
- Introduction
- Main Body with Headings/Subheadings
- Analysis/Discussion
- Conclusion
- References/Bibliography (if applicable)
Originality Requirement
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
- Simultaneous submissions are not permitted.
- Plagiarism level less than 15%.
AI Usage Disclosure
Authors using AI-assisted tools for language enhancement or research support must disclose such usage.
